Paid Services and Refund Policy

Some features of the Service are available on a paid basis according to the terms specified on the website. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly required by law. The Operator reserves the right to change service pricing at any time.

Acceptable Content Policy

  • When using ffans.ai, you agree not to create, upload, or distribute the following types of content:
  • Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or humiliation based on race, gender, religion, orientation, age, or disability.
  • Materials containing threats, insults, harassment, or causing moral harm.
  • Images or videos depicting cruelty, violence, torture, or degradation of human dignity.
  • Content promoting suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.

Violation of any of the above points will result in immediate removal of the content and permanent account suspension without possibility of restoration.

Account Suspension

The Operator reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or submission of false information. No compensation will be provided for lost funds or functionality.

Force Majeure

The Operator shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, government actions, and similar events.

Service Access Termination

The Operator has the right to terminate your access to the ffans.ai Service at any time without explanation or prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform Operator, its employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, data loss, reputational damage, or other financial losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy of generation, or absence of errors in results created using artificial intelligence.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
